Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a QA/Test Automation Engineer to drive quality in a fast-paced Agile/DevSecOps environment. You will design and implement testing strategies, collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners, and help advance automation frameworks and CI/CD processes.

Ideal candidates have strong manual and automated testing skills, a quality-first mindset, and experience across SDLC phases. Location includes McLean, VA and surrounding areas with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software quality assurance and test automation experience.
• Experience supporting Agile Scrum software development environments.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps delivery models.
• Experience testing web apps, APIs, and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, and data.
• Review requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
