Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer for its IT department at corporate headquarters. You will design and implement automated tests to shape quality user experiences, leveraging Playwright and TestComplete to build robust frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of scripting in QA Automation Engineering.
• Experience programming with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficient with SQL, API testing, Git and Agile.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tool.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance automated test frameworks for web, API and mobile applications using Playwright, TestComplete, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Partner with developers and IT teams to define best practices and create test cases that improve reliability and performance.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps to support continuous testing and feedback.
• Execute and track automated and manual tests, working with developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Document and share automation frameworks and test results, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
