Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

As a Software Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring top-notch quality in our software development processes. Your expertise in automated testing and quality assurance will help us deliver world-class tools to empower sellers and local game stores in our collectible gaming marketplace. You’ll work within an Agile environment, advocate for quality, and mentor engineers, while improving our testing methodologies and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex software feature testing throughout the Agile development lifecycle.
• Implement tests and metrics to meet the definition of done for new features.
• Mentor and coach engineers, conduct design reviews, and drive quality best practices.
• Analyze and balance software requirements, translating them into actionable testing and automation tasks.
• Enhance automated regression tests to ensure platform stability and support fast feature rollouts.
• Communicate progress effectively to peers and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (7+ years experience) or Master’s (4+ years experience) in relevant fields, or 11 years of practical experience.
• Advanced experience in software testing and Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on development experience in object-oriented back-end languages (preferably C#).
• Proficiency with QE testing tools (e.g., Selenium, LambdaTest) and API testing (e.g., Postman, Playwright).
• Experience with event processing mechanisms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Expertise in load testing (preferably JMeter, BlazeMeter) and CI/CD test automation.
• Knowledge of Contract Testing.
