Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and implement automated tests across UI, API and end-to-end layers.

You will integrate tests with CI/CD, collaborate with developers, and contribute to Agile ceremonies, applying best practices in test automation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Software Testing or QA Automation.
• Strong experience in UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficient with REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Build UI, API, and end-to-end automation frameworks.
• Perform REST API testing and validate payloads and authentication.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Debug test failures and collaborate with development and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA Automation.
• Strong experience in UI, API, and E2E testing.
• REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API authentication.
• Git and CI/CD experience.
• Cucumber/Gherkin and BDD.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SQL/Database Testing.
• Docker/containerized test execution.
• AWS/Azure and microservices testing.
• Performance/security testing.
• SonarQube or code quality tools.
• Payments, Banking, or Fintech domain experience.
