Job summary

T2 Systems is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Automation to set the automation strategy for the enterprise, leveraging Playwright, Pytest, and Bitbar in a modern testing environment.

The role focuses on building automated test frameworks using JAVA, Python, C++, Appium, Selenium, and .NET, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on coding standards and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience creating test automation frameworks and pipelines.
• Experience with cross-functional product teams.
• Experience creating key test artifacts.
• Familiar with bug-tracking and analysis tools like Jira, EasyBi, Power Bi.
• Experience using test management systems (Zephyr Scale or Enterprise).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, JMeter).
• Understanding of basic software development methodologies.
• Ability to read logs for analysis (Kibana preferred).
• Experience with databases and writing simple queries.
• Version control experience (GitHub, SVN).
• English language proficiency: upper-intermediate and above.

Responsibilities

• Educate, promote and drive initiatives to deploy testing into pipelines.
• Identify and implement best practice improvements for test automation.
• Plan for growth and maintenance of the test automation architecture across three application platform areas.
• Assist with hiring and evaluating automation engineers.
• Hands-on analysis of failing automated tests and possible test creation for complex testing.
• Ensure automated test assets meet best practice and corporate standards.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and Zephyr Scale.
• Capable of integrating test suites into a CI/CD pipeline.
• Review requirements and participate in architecture/design reviews with focus on test strategy.
• Able to build, deploy and manage own environment.
