The Reformation Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor for full-time, on-site work at our Vernon HQ. You will inspect production, perform in-line and final audits, and document corrective actions to maintain garment quality and specifications.
You will collaborate with QC auditors, coach production teams on standards, and input data into systems. Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement are essential.

Job Name: Quality Assurance AuditorThe Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for inspecting work-in-progress, finished garments, and returned merchandise within the facility to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining product consistency and supporting internal teams with quality-related issues.

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $20 - $25 hr, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
