Job summary

Reformation in Vernon, CA is seeking a Production Sample Coordinator for Women's Apparel. The role supports photoshoot operations, coordinates samples across Collections, Special Projects, and influencer collaborations, and ensures deadlines are met.

You will work closely with Product Ops, Production, PD, pattern makers, QC, and Studio coordinators; strong organizational skills and communication are essential; bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience required, in-office 4-5 days a week.

• Living in or near Vernon, CA, with ability to commute to the office almost every day.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive.

• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Product Ops, Production, PD, and Studio/Ecom teams to understand photoshoot priorities and meet deadlines.
• Request, track, and manage samples for Collections, Special Projects/Influencer Collaborations, Ref Lab tests, and Retail Exclusives.
• Use centralized tracking documents and PIM to monitor samples, ETAs, and troubleshoot at‑risk styles.
• Manage fabric requests, coordinate with the Sample Room, and oversee the PP closet including daily pulls and archive maintenance.
• Ensure photo shoot bottoms/jumpsuits meet the +2 inseam standard for size 2 and maintain real-time data accuracy in tracking systems.

What You’ll Do:

The role is highly cross‑functional, and requires good communication skills and follow‑through. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operational Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between Product Ops, Production, PD, and the Studio/Ecom teams to understand photoshoot priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Sample Lifecycle Management: Request, track, and manage samples for Collections, Special Projects/Influencer Collaborations, \"Ref Lab\" tests, and Retail Exclusives.
• Logistics & Tracking: Use centralized tracking documents and PIM (Product Information Management) to monitor Import and Domestic TOP (Top of Production) samples. Ensure sample availability, manage ETAs, and troubleshoot at‑risk styles.
• Technical Execution: Manage fabric requests, coordinate with the Sample Room, enter photoshoot samples into PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and oversee the PP (Pre‑Production) closet including daily pulls and archive maintenance.
• Special Requirements: Execute specific design requirements, such as ensuring all bottoms/jumpsuits for photoshoots meet the \"+2\" inseam\" standard for size 2.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain real‑time accuracy in our internal tracking systems, including updating status on Samples, Collab Development WIPs, and the PP closet archive.
• Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with Production, PD, Pattern Makers, QC, and Studio coordinators to streamline pass‑offs and solve for potential bottlenecks.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year's relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Living in Los Angeles or ability to commute to Vernon, you will work from the office almost every day.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
• Extremely detail‑oriented, takes initiative, and is not afraid to follow up.
• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated basehourly range is$23.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.

This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
