Reformation is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to inspect garments at various production stages and ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves auditing finished goods, documenting defects, and guiding teams on quality practices at our Vernon HQ in California.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in garment manufacturing and QC, with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to read a tape measure. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for inspecting work‑in‑progress, finished garments, and returned merchandise within the facility to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining product consistency and supporting internal teams with quality‑related issues.
Full‑time, on‑site work at our Vernon HQ
At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated base hourly range is $20 – $25/hr, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
