Job summary

S&S Activewear in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a QA Auditor for onsite work in a fast-paced warehouse. You will focus on returns and outgoing inspections, verifying item/color against Final Layout, checking imprint alignment, and documenting results.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and accurate reporting in our system. A high school diploma is required, and the schedule is Monday–Friday evenings; physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to inspect product accurately and provide effective analysis of defective pieces.
• Able to provide accurate reports and update information in the system as applicable.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all applicable functions.
• Work cooperatively, collaboratively, and independently.

Responsibilities

• Verify item and color match Final Layout; imprint position must align with Final Layout; imprint must be straight and legible; imprint color must match Final Layout.
• Perform initial inspection of inventory and samples according to AQL; complete inspection forms; identify defective merchandise; verify item/color and imprint placement.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

The individual needs to be flexible to changing needs of our growing company. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
