Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific field and/or related experience.
• 1+ year of relevant lab or quality assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of scientific terminology, analytical procedures, and lab safety.
• Familiarity with GDP, ISO 17025, CAPA, or RCA is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Track and verify laboratory equipment per SOP and manufacturer specs.
• Review logbooks, bench sheets, and data for GDP compliance.
• Initiate CAPA and assist with root cause analysis.
• Draft and revise SOPs, work instructions, and forms.
• Maintain training records and competency assessments.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
