Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of environment management practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy) and containerized deployments
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio and TestOps, postman, Loadrunner, and Azure Devops

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across IT.
• Establish standardized QA processes, tools, and metrics across product lines.
• Partner with vendors to ensure external deliverables meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps and Security to embed quality in the SDLC.
• Work with senior staff to assess and implement new QA frameworks, tools and processes.
• Manage QA environments and data across Dev, QA, UAT, Production.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement from defect trends.
• Stay current with QA best practices and emerging automation technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
