Job summary

EZ-CRETE is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our precast concrete manufacturing team. The role combines hands-on QA testing with rigorous data collection, analysis, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality products.

You will perform material testing, mold inspections, and strength and moisture evaluations while documenting findings and supporting CAPA initiatives. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge of concrete, aggregates, or precast processes a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate in-house concrete mix designs daily to specifications.
• Perform pre- and post-pour inspections on molds; document findings.
• Break cylinders and conduct slump, air, and unit weight tests per ACI/ASTM.
• Measure moisture content in aggregates and adjust mix designs.
• Monitor product quality and flag deviations in real time.
• Record QA data in spreadsheets and create trend reports.
