Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint.
• Excel advanced skills including macros and formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quantitative skills with databases and spreadsheets.
• U.S. citizen with residency in the United States for the past 3 of 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Support QA for SharePoint online migrations and testing across modern platforms.
• Collaborate with business, product, and development teams through SDLC and testing.
• Develop and execute detailed, reusable test plans and test cases.
• Document defects and track with defect management tools.
• Analyze requirements to translate into test cases and report results clearly.
• Contribute to data consolidation and reporting in SharePoint and related tools.
• Assist in SOPs and user guides; provide guidance to stakeholders.
