Job summary

ASM Research seeks a passionate QA Specialist to support a healthcare program and State-based Exchange oversight. You will test SharePoint migrations using modern tools, craft data visualizations, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaborating with project coordinators, business analysts, and developers, you’ll design tests, manage defects, and contribute to KPI reports while adhering to government standards and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and IT work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel (macros, formulas).
• Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform and data visualization tools.
• U.S. citizenship and residency requirements met.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to work with government or health IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Support QA for SharePoint online migrations and testing.
• Design and execute detailed manual and automated test cases.
• Document defects and track with defect tools; verify fixes.
• Develop test plans and SDLC collaboration with teams.
• Contribute to data consolidation and KPI reports for stakeholders.
