Job summary

Ingram Marine Group is seeking a QA Analyst - Intermediate to join our software quality assurance team. You will independently plan and execute functional, integration, API, performance, and post-deployment testing across applications and services.

You will develop test plans, scripts, data, and reports, analyze requirements, manage defects, and collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality releases.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Three+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance or related role.
• Certifications in QA, testing, Agile, or test automation are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, integration, system, regression, API, performance, and post-deployment testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, and traceability documentation.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects and quality risks.
• Coordinate test environments, data, schedules, and stakeholder participation.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
• Support release validation, production implementations, and post-deployment verification.
