Job summary

Ingram Marine Group in Nashville is seeking a QA Analyst to independently perform software QA across application development projects, enhancements, integrations, and production releases. You will design and execute tests, manage defects, and contribute to test automation to improve coverage and release confidence.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of software QA principles, testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in planning and executing multiple testing types and documenting results.
• Ability to translate requirements into effective test scenarios and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and API testing.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, data, and reports.
• Identify, track, and communicate defects, risks, and quality trends.
• Participate in defect triage and coordinate test environments and data.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests and CI integration.
