Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst I to support regulatory compliance and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cGMP adherence and alignment with ISO standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing labeling changes, driving process improvements, and supporting governance and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable raising quality concerns.
• Familiarity with manufacturing applications such as SAP, LIMS, or Veeva is preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP and quality assurance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, health authority requirements, Alcon Quality Manual, and applicable ISO standards.
• Review and coordinate labeling artwork changes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Support quality strategy implementation, governance processes, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.
