Job summary

Aequor is seeking a Quality Assurance Compliance Associate to support site compliance with cGMP, Health Authority, and ISO standards in Fort Worth, TX. The role includes coordinating labeling artwork changes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with strong communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of manufacturing systems such as SAP, LIMS, and Veeva.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent years of related experience).
• Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written form.
• Highly attentive to details and comfortable speaking up.
• Self-driven and action oriented.
• Knowledge of manufacturing applications (e.g. SAP, LIMS, Veeva).

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical site support to ensure compliance with cGMP, Health Authority, Alcon Quality Manual, and ISO standards.
• Independently review and coordinate labeling artwork changes driven by lifecycle management, package engineering, and supplier quality teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation through scientific principles.
• Apply specialized knowledge to make significant decisions and perform tasks to achieve objectives in Quality Assurance Compliance.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processes, identifying opportunities for improved process efficiencies and implementing changes.
