Job summary

Trupanion, based in Seattle, seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to drive functional, integration, and user acceptance testing in a fast-paced agile environment. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities include building test plans, end-to-end testing across web, iOS, and Android, and collaboration with IT and vendors. 2+ years QA, CTFL preferred; strong problem solving and communication required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of functional QA experience, including mobile testing.
• ISTQB CTFL certification preferred.
• Experience with web and mobile testing in agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and execute test plans to identify issues.
• Test end-to-end workflows across web and mobile platforms.
• Troubleshoot testing tools and frameworks.
• Create a knowledge base for process changes.
• Communicate with IT, vendors, and internal teams; participate in stand-ups.
