Job summary

Trupanion, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to drive functional, integration, and UAT testing in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role supports web and mobile platforms with a hybrid remote/in-office schedule and a pet-friendly Seattle-area office.

You will build test plans, execute tests, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality releases. Candidates with ISTQB CTFL and mobile testing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in functional QA support and UAT operations, including mobile testing.
• ISTQB CTFL certification preferred.
• Experience with web and mobile applications in an Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, document, and execute test plans to proactively identify issues.
• Test end-to-end workflows across web, iOS, Android, and multiple platforms.
• Troubleshoot testing tools and frameworks to resolve challenges.
• Create a knowledge base to communicate process changes to end users.
• Communicate and collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams.
• Participate in development stand-ups to understand mobile app changes and risks.
