Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA, HACCP, FSMA, GMP standards and best practices.
• Experience conducting audits and inspections with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain food safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct training sessions on food safety practices and sanitation.
• Stay updated on changes in food safety regulations and industry trends.
• Assist in developing and maintaining hygiene procedures including Zoning, GMP, Pest Management, and Environmental Monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve food safety issues; implement corrective actions.
• Provide support to overall food safety programs and other duties as assigned.
