Job summary

Uline, Corporate Headquarters, Glenview area, seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to help power a large e-commerce operation. You will partner with teams to execute testing strategies and ensure seamless, reliable experiences across web, mobile and backend systems.

The role focuses on functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing with Azure DevOps usage and cross-regional support for US/Canada/Mexico sites. Join a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of software and web QA testing experience.
• Experience coordinating test environments and data.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and automated testing tools preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
