Job summary

Uline is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to help power one of the nation’s largest e-commerce operations. You will perform functional, system, integration, regression and UAT testing across web, desktop and backend applications to ensure reliable software for customers and employees.

You will create test plans in Azure DevOps, coordinate test environments, and collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of software and web quality assurance testing experience.
• Ability to coordinate test environments and test data for all planned testing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS) and automated testing tools preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Postman, Kibana and DBeaver a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for web, desktop and backend applications to deliver reliable software.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts using Microsoft Azure DevOps (TFS).
• Support testing across eCommerce and mobile platforms for Uline’s U.S., Canada and Mexico websites.
• Partner with developers, business teams and vendors to identify, troubleshoot and resolve software issues in an Agile environment.
• Track performance and recommend improvements to QA processes and tools that increase testing efficiency and software quality.
