Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in a related field strongly preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in test planning and development, and software testing.
• Experience supporting both Waterfall and Agile delivery models.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Procore, and/or similar systems preferred.
• Basic familiarity with test automation concepts and tools is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing project status and priorities.

POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases to validate that solutions meet business and functional requirements and quality standards, supporting both Waterfall and Agile initiatives.

You will need to have experience working with both REGS and custom applications. You’ll also ensure software defects and bugs are identified early, and fixes are validated before deployment.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• May have to visit job sites from time to time, as required by the project and other team initiatives.
