Job summary

Sword Health is hiring a QA Analyst on the Mind team to validate what’s built and help shape what gets built. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, AI and Clinical teams across the full development lifecycle from discovery to release.

You’ll test mobile apps, backend services, APIs and AI features, design test plans, and drive defect management while contributing to QA processes and automation to deliver safe, effective AI-powered healthcare experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QA or testing experience with hands‑on testing.
• Experience designing and documenting test cases and scenarios.
• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge to read code.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in discovery, define acceptance criteria, and shape feature design.
• Translate requirements into test plans and quality expectations.
• Own testing activities across functional, regression, integration and end‑to‑end tests.
• Test mobile, backend, APIs and AI features; investigate issues.
