Job summary

Kzen Tech in San Francisco is seeking a QA Analyst with strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. You will test applications, identify defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality releases.

Responsibilities include designing test scenarios, performing various testing types, building automated scripts, and working with Jira/Azure DevOps; knowledge of SQL and API testing; participate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing – Postman/Swagger.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Git/version control.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
