Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience.

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM software UAT (user acceptance testing) and document results.
• Generate defect reports and track resolution status.
• Provide system release status reporting to stakeholders.

• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: Microsoft Office, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, Microsoft Teams
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: Wrike
• Any Required Certifications?: None
• Expected Shift: 8 am - 5 pm PT
• Interview Process: 1-2 Teams interviews to include completion of a live case study
• Top Three things Worker will be doing: CRM software UAT (user acceptance testing), results/defect reporting, system release status reporting
• Top Three Skillsets needed: UI (User Interface) testing knowledge, analytical, detail oriented to identify even minor defects
