Job summary

PPG is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Specialty Synthesis Group in Monroeville, PA. You will support analytical testing, material approvals, and batch dispositions as part of the QC Lab.

You will collaborate with production teams, interpret test data, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards. This on-site role reports to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in chemistry related field preferred with experience in quantitative analysis of HPLC, UPLC and GC techniques.
• Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform light duty work including lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.

• Tabulation and interpretation of analytical test data.
• Liaison between production groups and QC Test Lab.
• Raw material and batch approval to established specifications.

• Participation in root cause investigations and problem-solving activities.
• Support Quality Management System Activities.
• Develop personally and professionally through work experience and by acquisition of new skills as determined by the expanding needs of the position.

The Specialty Synthesis Group Quality Assurance Team is looking to add a Quality Assurance Analyst to the dynamic group. PPG's Specialty Products is committed to product innovation, technology leadership and high performance materials for a wide range of applications and industries. As QA Analyst, you will work out of the Monroeville, PA facility and report to the Quality Manager.
