About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Analysis Technician who is eager to learn and develop in the optical field onsite in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is open to feedback, and is looking to grow their career. If you are open to light physical labor (frames and lenses for eyeglasses) and working with a fantastic team to help people everywhere buy more affordable glasses, we'd love to hear from you!

The Obetz location offers a brand new and climate-controlled facility with free daily meals and snacks! You’ll have the opportunity to move up in the organization based on performance reviews.

Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekdays)
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00/hour + $1.50 Shift Differential (based on applicable experience)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize automation for quality analysis
• Point out cosmetic defects
• Ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues

Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift
• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proactive with a strong ability to identify & problem solve
• Follow instructions and production schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous quality analysis experience is a plus
• Previous experience with utilizing pass / no pass standards
• Previous warehousing experience is a bonus!
