About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Analysis Technician II who is eager to learn and develop in the optical field onsite in Obetz, Ohio. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is open to feedback, and seeks to grow their career. Shift:

Friday - Sunday, 6:30 am - 6:30 pm (must be available for overtime as needed, including weekdays)

Compensation:

Starting at $18.00 + $1.50 Shift Differential (based on applicable experience)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize automation for quality analysis
• Point out cosmetic defects
• Maintain good housekeeping, 6S
• Ensure daily / weekly / monthly goals are met
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures (i.e. Health & Safety Awareness)
• Report to management on activities and issues

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 + years of QA experience
• Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift
• Fine attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proactive with strong ability to identify & problem solve
• Follow instructions and production schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous quality analysis experience
• Previous experience with utilizing pass / no pass standards
• Previous warehousing experience is a bonus
