Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communications seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst – AI & Automation to build and maintain test coverage across multiple systems, including REST APIs and Android tablet apps. You will use AI tools to create scenarios, automate where appropriate, and translate requirements into robust test cases.

The role requires 5+ years in QA and 2+ years with AI-enabled testing tools, with strong API testing, SQL, and CI/CD experience. Join a team dedicated to reliability and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using generative AI or AI-assisted testing tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing multiple integrated applications (CRM, ERP/financial, etc.).
• Experience testing Android tablet applications.
• Strong API testing and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test coverage, both manual and automated.
• Use AI tools to generate test scenarios, find edge cases, create test data, and speed up automation.
• Convert requirements and user stories into effective test cases.
• Test REST APIs, system integrations, database transactions, and business workflows.
• Verify data and transactions across multiple integrated apps.
• Test Android tablet applications for functionality and device-specific behavior.
• Use SQL to validate data and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform exploratory and risk-based testing where automation isn't the best fit.
• Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate failed tests and determine root cause.
• Partner with Developers, Project Owners, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual regression testing and improve coverage.
• Help build AI-assisted QA practices, prompts, and automation standards.
