Kings III Emergency Communications seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst – AI & Automation to build and maintain test coverage across multiple systems, including REST APIs and Android tablet apps. You will use AI tools to create scenarios, automate where appropriate, and translate requirements into robust test cases.

The role requires 5+ years in QA and 2+ years with AI-enabled testing tools, with strong API testing, SQL, and CI/CD experience. Join a team dedicated to reliability and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using generative AI or AI-assisted testing tools.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing multiple integrated applications (CRM, ERP/financial, etc.).
• Experience testing Android tablet applications.
• Strong API testing and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test coverage, both manual and automated.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of professional QA or software testing experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using generative AI or AI-assisted development/testing tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or similar.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience testing multiple integrated applications, such as CRM, ERP/financial, and operational or monitoring systems.
• Experience testing Android tablet applications.
• Strong API testing and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile software development.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub Actions, or comparable development lifecycle tools.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and turn them into meaningful test scenarios.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AccelQ or a comparable commercial test automation platform.
• Experience moving from traditional test automation suites to AI-assisted or agent-based testing.
• Experience designing or using AI testing agents to generate scenarios, run tests, analyze results, or maintain regression coverage.
• Experience creating reusable AI prompts, workflows, or automated testing processes.
• Experience testing .NET, SQL Server, Salesforce, APIs, or enterprise system integrations.
