Job summary

INEOS Acetyls Texas City is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily plant activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations. This role leads a team including Shift Team Leads and an Operations Maintenance Coordinator, coordinating with maintenance and reliability teams.

The candidate brings 10+ years in plant operations, strong process safety knowledge, supervisory experience, and a track record of delivering SHE compliance while optimizing performance and cost

Qualifications

• 18 Years of Age with a High School diploma or GED.
• 10+ years of plant operations experience including process troubleshooting.
• 5+ years Console Operator experience.
• Process Technology (P-Tech) degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience and leadership competencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the PZ asset to meet safety and production goals.
• Lead coordination between operations, maintenance, and safety to ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Manage budgets, inventories, and manpower; report KPI performance monthly.
• Develop and implement operating procedures; coach and develop site personnel.
