Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC in Texas City seeks a PZ Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintenance, lead a team of shift leads, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

You will coordinate with management and maintenance, drive asset care, and manage performance indicators while maintaining production objectives and cost controls. Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills are required for safety program ownership and staff development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plant operations experience.
• Supervisory experience with leadership competencies preferred; required if <5 years in plant ops within company.
• Must possess or obtain TWIC card prior to first day of employment.
• Able to work in United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meet SHE objectives and comply with laws and site policies.
• Lead 4 Shift Team Leads and 1 Operations Maintenance Coordinator.
• Oversee asset operations and reliability performance for the PZ asset.
• Communicate work scope and safety requirements to teams and maintenance.
• Attend maintenance/operations coordination meetings and optimize workflow.
