Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift at our Dayton, NJ distribution center. You will lead a team of associates, balance resources to meet daily production goals, and uphold our safety culture while driving productivity and quality.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership. This onsite role offers opportunities for growth within our Supply Chain organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and be extremely detailed while performing all tasks and report

Responsibilities

• Establish and promote hard work ethics through teamwork and collaboration with associates.
• Coordinate team assignments by balancing resources as the volume requires.
• Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental and division production goals in order.
• Track productivity, research and resolve issues, provide feedback on productivity and quality related.

Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

Position is located in Dayton, NJ.
