Job summary
Themisinsight is seeking a Software Engineer (Software Management) to work in Laurel, MD. This role involves developing and maintaining complex software systems. Candidates should possess TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph and strong software development skills.
Qualified individuals will analyze user requirements, debug existing software, and lead software development efforts. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is essential, along with ITILv2 Certification.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college.
- Four years of IT application systems experience required.
- Two years experience developing and customizing core applications.

- Serve as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process.
