Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 for the Financial Services unit in the United States. The role requires hands-on Python development, automation, and strong experience with CI/CD, release management, and cloud-native deployments on AWS.

You will liaise with clients, manage SDLC processes, and help estimate efforts and budgets. The candidate should have experience in Agile/Scrum, enterprise applications, and a willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development, automation, scripting, and application support.
• Expertise in Release Management, CI/CD, Configuration Management, and Tier 3 Production Support.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise apps using Python, Java, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native deployments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting large-scale enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between technical teams and clients through regular meetings and milestone reviews.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development, automation, scripting, and application support.
• Expertise in Release Management, CI/CD, Configuration Management, and Tier 3 Production Support.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications using Python, Java, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud-native application deployments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting large-scale enterprise applications.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in DevSecOps practices and secure CI/CD implementation.
• HashiCorp Vault or enterprise secrets management solutions.(Preferred based on role requirements; not explicitly present in the resume.)
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts including observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Financial Services, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking domain experience

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
