Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead 1 to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infra on AWS/GCP. You will implement Grafana dashboards for real-time observability, and build cloud-native architectures with Docker and Kubernetes to support delivery, incidents, and change management.

The role requires experience with Java/Python, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform, with a focus on cost-efficient, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Location may require relocation and/or travel to work/project sites.

In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• ⦁ Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
• ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience

• • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• • Implementation of cloud-based dashboards (e.g., Grafana) to provide real-time visibility into logs, metrics, and system health for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• • Build and maintain cloud-native architectures using microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• • Must have experience with Object Oriented Programming Languages Like Java, Python etc.
• • Need experience with CI/ CD Pipeline Development experience
• • DevOps Tools Experience

Preferred Skill and Experience

• • Ability to analyze performance and optimize workloads for cost and efficiency
• • Knowledge of setting up alerts, dashboards, and observability frameworks
• • Understanding of cloud security practices (encryption, Key Vault, identity management)

Additional Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
