Job summary

myBridge Corporation is seeking a Python Fullstack Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. This role combines hands-on Python backend development with modern frontend engineering, API architecture, technical leadership, and delivery coordination.

The ideal candidate will mentor developers, establish engineering standards, and deliver reliable applications aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 6-9 years of software development experience, including significant Python experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks.
• Experience building web applications and REST APIs.
• Experience with React, Angular, or another modern frontend framework.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or comparable databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.
• Understanding of application security, testing, and software design patterns.
• Experience with Agile delivery and technical team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack application development using Python and modern frontend technologies.
• Design backend services and RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or equivalent frameworks.
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and security.
• Build and maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Guide containerization and cloud deployments using platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Mentor developers and support technical skill development.
• Evaluate emerging tools and recommend improvements to engineering practices.
