Java R&D Pvt. Ltd. is seeking freelance Python developers for backend work and occasional frontend tasks, all in a remote-capable setup.

This engagement is flexible and designed for candidates who can contribute to real-time interview support and candidate mentoring. Ideal applicants will have 7+ years of Python backend experience, 2+ years in frontend frameworks (React/Angular), and proficiency with FastAPI/Flask/Django, REST APIs, microservices, and ORM tools such as SQLAlchemy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of Python backend experience.
• 2+ years of frontend (React / Angular).
• Proficient with FastAPI or Flask/Django.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL, ORM (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• Good knowledge of Docker, AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interview/code support.
• Conduct mock interviews & mentor candidates.
• Guide on scalable front-end architecture & best practices.

Job Role: Freelance Python Developers

Location: Permanent Remote

Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday

Shifts: 2-4 hours between 06:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST

Tech Stack:
