Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Python full-stack engineer for a 3-month engagement. You will work with top clients either by joining client teams or by contributing to a FullStack product team, delivering end-to-end solutions across frontend and backend. You should have 3+ years of software development experience and strong Python skills.

Advanced English is required, along with a four-year degree. Experience with Terraform and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Git workflows, and Agile teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience with Python in full-stack web apps.
• Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and Terraform.
• Understanding of CI/CD and test-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Join client teams as a Python full-stack engineer.
• Work on either Team Augmentation or Design & Build engagements.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development in full-stack applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.
• Help maintain infrastructure as code and cloud resources.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Python Full Stack Engineer (3 Month-long) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Software Development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong professional experience developing software applications using Python.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to both frontend and backend development in full-stack applications.
• Familiar using tools like Terraform to define, provision, and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing cloud resources and configurations through repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure definitions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across development and deployment environments.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to contribute to code reviews, testing, debugging, and application maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including clean code, maintainability, and application reliability.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
