FullStack is hiring a Python Full Stack Engineer (3 Month-long) to join our team. You will work with our clients either by team augmentation or by designing and building product solutions.

This role requires advanced English, a four-year degree, and strong Python experience across frontend and backend. You’ll contribute to cloud infrastructure with Terraform, manage cloud resources, and participate in Git-based development workflows within Agile teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience developing software applications using Python.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to both frontend and backend development in full‑stack applications.
• Familiar with Terraform to define, provision, and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing cloud resources and configurations via version-controlled definitions.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to contribute to code reviews, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Strong fundamentals in clean code, maintainability, and reliability.
• Ability to work through difficult issues and contribute to libraries.
• Ability to implement CI/CD of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail, positive mindset, and ownership.
• Experience on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Take extreme ownership over your work and deliver on team commitments.
• Align with the goals of FullStack's clients and deliver on commitments.

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Python Full Stack Engineer (3 Month-long) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Software Development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong professional experience developing software applications using Python.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to both frontend and backend development in full-stack applications.
• Familiar using tools like Terraform to define, provision, and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing cloud resources and configurations through repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure definitions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across development and deployment environments.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to contribute to code reviews, testing, debugging, and application maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including clean code, maintainability, and application reliability.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.

We’re Seeking Engineers Who Are AI-enthusiastic In Their Workflow. Professional Experience Or Personal Project Work With The Following Is a Significant Plus

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
