FullStack is seeking a Python Full Stack Engineer for a three-month engagement. You’ll join client teams or work on a product team to deliver complete solutions, spanning frontend and backend.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in software development, strong Python, English proficiency, a four-year degree, experience with AWS/Azure, Git, Terraform, and Agile practices, with a bias toward ownership and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Software Development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience developing software with Python.
• Demonstrated experience full-stack development (frontend and backend).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience managing cloud resources (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD and application maintenance.
• Understanding of clean code, maintainability, and reliability.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsabilités

The Position

We're Looking To Hire a Python Full Stack Engineer (3 Month-long) To Join Our Team. You'll Work With Our Incredible Clients In One Of Two Ways

• Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Software Development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong professional experience developing software applications using Python.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to both frontend and backend development in full-stack applications.
• Familiar using tools like Terraform to define, provision, and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Experience managing cloud resources and configurations through repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure definitions.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across development and deployment environments.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to contribute to code reviews, testing, debugging, and application maintenance.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including clean code, maintainability, and application reliability.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.

• Cursor, Windsurf, or Google Antigravity.
• Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
