The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models, along with a solid understanding of deep learning architectures and modern GenAI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for various business applications.
• Research and experiment with the latest ML/DL/GenAI papers, techniques, and tools.
• Preprocess, clean, and manage large‑scale datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment in cloud or edge environments.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented Python code.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML/DL model deployment.
• Monitor model performance, detect model drift, and retrain models when necessary.

Required Skills

• 24 years of industry experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Practical experience with transformer architectures, LLMs, and GenAI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.).
