Job summary

Mastek in the United States seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Python Developer) to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services. You will develop RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and automated CI/CD pipelines, deploying and managing applications on AWS.

You will work with Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation) and collaborate with architects, DevOps, and product teams to ensure reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing backend services in Python and building scalable APIs.
• Proficient in data processing pipelines and testing to ensure code quality.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• - Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
• - Develop RESTful APIs and data processing pipelines

• - Work with Infrastructure-as-Code, primarily AWS CloudFormation
• - Set up and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting
• - Collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and product teams on system reliability and performance
• - Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and static analysis
• - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
