Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a Python AWS Developer with 5–8 years of experience delivering software solutions in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications leveraging AWS services and modern programming languages such as Python and Dash. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience supporting production applications, and familiarity with cloud security, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Apply authentication and security best practices using technologies and approaches such as OAuth and Okta.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as GitHub Workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to improve development productivity and code quality.
• Work with AI development platforms such as AWS Bedrock and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Apply cloud monitoring practices to support application reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
