Job summary

Inadev Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level Python developer to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications across multiple regions. The role emphasizes strong Python skills, data manipulation with Pandas/NumPy, and ORM experience with SQLAlchemy in a hybrid Jersey City, NJ setting.

You will design, develop and integrate front-end and back-end components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to scalable, secure solutions for federal and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with 3-4 years’ experience in software development.
• Experience writing scalable, reusable code and debugging applications.
• Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy and SQLAlchemy ORM.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills with RDBMS.
• Unix/Linux server experience.
• Self-starter who can own tasks and work independently.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
• Experience in investment banking or investment management technology.

Responsibilities

• Implement, enhance and maintain Python-based batch processing applications.
• Leverage Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
• Implement database interactions in applications using SQLAlchemy.
• Contribute to solution design and implementation with a focus on high availability, scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
• Assist across the software development lifecycle, including design, system integration testing and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
