Job summary

Inadev is seeking a Python-focused software engineer to build and maintain batch processing apps in a data-driven environment. You will leverage Pandas and NumPy to transform data, and implement database interactions with SQL Alchemy while focusing on scalable, high-availability designs.

You will collaborate across teams through the software lifecycle, contribute to design decisions, and own tasks with minimal supervision. A strong foundation in OOP and CI/CD is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Python software development experience.
• Experience writing scalable, reusable code, testing and debugging.
• Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy and ORM’s like SQL Alchemy.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience in SQL and working with RDBMS.
• Experience with Unix/Linux servers.
• Self-starter that can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Good team player with ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Implement, enhance and maintain Python-based batch processing applications.
• Leverage Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, transformation and analysis.
• Implement database interactions using SQL Alchemy.
• Contribute to solution design focusing on high availability and scalability.
• Assist across the software development lifecycle, including testing and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
