• Software Engineering & API Integration: Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and integrating agents with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
• AI Agent Development (Google ADK or Agent SDK): Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying autonomous and multi-agent solutions using Google ADK or Agent SDK, tool calling, agent orchestration, workflow design, and context management.
• LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering: Strong understanding of Gemini/OpenAI models, prompt design, reasoning patterns, function calling, structured outputs, grounding, and agent evaluation techniques.
• RAG : Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases & embeddings.
• Production AI Engineering: Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation frameworks, security, governance and guardrails.
• Seasoned Systems Architect: You bring 7+ years of professional experience designing and managing complex system applications.
• Python Power User: You are highly proficient in the Python ecosystem, specifically with Django and Graph QL.
• Cloud Native: You have deep experience deploying and managing high-scale applications within the AWS Cloud.
• Architectural Expertise: You possess a strong background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices, and event-driven pub-sub frameworks.
• Full-Stack Backend Mentality: You are comfortable across multiple domains, including application architecture, data pipelines/ETL, platform security, and building for massive scalability and resilience.

What you'll do in the role:

• Learn and Develop across the Stack: You'll learn to build and maintain responsive, intuitive front-end features using React and Apollo Graph QL, and grow your skills in robust, scalable back-end solutions with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL in an AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements. With the support of senior engineering leaders, you will write clean, functional, and well-organized code that delivers on new client-centric features.
• Focus on Performance and Scalability: Under the guidance of senior team members, you will help analyze and improve the performance and scalability of our platform, algorithms, and data structures.
• Learn and Apply Best Practices: You will be mentored on and adopt best coding practices, comprehensive testing methodologies (including unit and integration tests), and efficient deployment strategies.
• Improve Code Through Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews to help identify errors, learn from peers, and improve the overall quality of the codebase. You will learn to refactor code to enhance readability, efficiency, and reusability.
