Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Python Developer for a 24 months contract located onsite in Jersey City NJ/Charlotte NC. The role requires strong Python, SQL, and microservices expertise, with a focus on building distributed, scalable services and robust unit testing.

Qualificações

• Must have skills: Python, SQL, Microservices.
• Expertise in functional and object-oriented programming, specifically in Python.
• Experience building distributed and scalable complex services and robust microservices.
• Experience in writing unit tests in pytest or unittest.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem solving.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Math.
• Previous experience with Quartz is helpful, but not required.

Pay Range: $65 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Python, SQL, Microservices
• Expertise in functional and object-oriented programming, specifically in Python
• Strong in Algorithms and Data Structures (Good to have)
• Experience building distributed and scalable complex services as well as robust micro services
• Experience in writing unit tests in pytest or unittest
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem solving
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Math
• Previous experience with Quartz is helpful, but it is not a must.
